Your cover starts as soon as we confirm your first payment, so you can book a service or callout right away — there's no lengthy waiting period before you're protected.
We aim to have an engineer with you within 24 hours of your call, often the same or next working day. If you're without heating or hot water, let us know when you call so we can prioritise your visit.
If you've chosen a plan with the £50 call-out contribution, that's payable per breakdown or repair visit. Plans without the call-out option have no excess to pay when we attend.
